Freaking Chinese today at this new joint nere the office I gotta say its pretty darn good coming from the fact that am very picky about outside food but all I can say is they are going to be taking my money because I love this joint..Ok bye for now I just wanted to share this with you all 
Getting Ready!
So on March 20th will mark the first day of Spring of 2012, and even though it feels like spring during the winter yep its been a bit crazy here in Maryland all
winter people can’t wait to get into more reveiling clothing the minute it warms up for me it’s all about training and getting the body right for the upcoming heat up.
Often times people waits till it’s too late to get their bodies right when they suppose to do this all year round on a whole. Not me, not this year am going to get it right am shooting for that super hero body kind of like that Thor character, I can still hear the ladies going crazy for him, but all and all I hope you’re working out for your overall benefits and goals it could be for sports or for the camera or what ever it may be stay in shape guys and I will blog to you later with photos and updates.

A video about kung fu movies, the old kung fu movies we all grew up on watching. I for one was like that, the feeling of doing a round house kick to the wall and having your mother spank you for your foolish actions, yes that’s what watching a kung fu movie will do to you if you don’t believe me well ask the wall i kicked when i was a child.
